Terms and Conditions for Digital Book Purchase

1. Nature of the Product

This purchase grants you access to a digital version of the book. No physical copy will be shipped. The file is delivered in PDF format and is intended solely for personal use.

2. Delivery of the Product

 

    • Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a secure download link.

    • This link will be valid for 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. After expiration, the link will be disabled and a new link will require proof of purchase.

  • Delivery is considered complete once the email with the link has been sent to the address you provided at checkout.

3. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

 

    • All sales are final.

    • In accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws, specifically the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines for digital goods, digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once access has been granted.

    • By purchasing, you expressly waive your right to a refund under applicable state and federal laws related to the “cooling-off period” for physical goods.

    • Unauthorized chargebacks for delivered digital goods may be reported as fraud under the Fair Credit Billing Act (15 U.S.C. § 1666).

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

 

    • This book, including all text, images, and designs, is protected under U.S. Copyright Law (Title 17 of the United States Code).

    • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the material for personal purposes only.

    • You may not:

       

        • Resell, share, or distribute the file in any form.

        • Reproduce or publish the content without prior written permission from the copyright holder.

    • Violations may result in civil damages and potential criminal liability under U.S. law.

5. Technical Requirements and Support

 

    • It is your responsibility to ensure that your device can open PDF files.

    • We are not responsible for technical issues arising from incompatibility with your device or software.

    • If you encounter problems downloading your book, you must contact us within 7 days at support@jemsonmarius.com to request assistance.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

    • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

    • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

7. Agreement to Terms
